Our Team

Gary Schubert has served as Chief Executive Officer of Innovative Food Holdings since October 2025 and as a director since May 19, 2026. He previously served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer from January 2024 to October 2025.

Before joining IVFH, Gary spent fifteen years at Walmart and three years at Tyson Foods. At Walmart, he most recently served as Senior Director of eCommerce Finance and Transformation Strategy, where he helped drive sustainable growth, customer retention and improved end-to-end economics across Walmart’s eCommerce business. He previously served as the financial leader for Walmart’s Neighborhood Market business across approximately 700 locations. His Walmart experience also included leadership roles spanning merchandising, operations, eCommerce, finance and strategy.

During his time at Tyson Foods, Gary held roles in Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Treasury and Investor Relations. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas, majoring in Financial Management with a minor in Accounting. While attending the University of Arkansas, he also managed the growth of a trust fund on behalf of the university.
 

Argie Liarakos has served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations and Execution of Innovative Food Holdings since January 2026. In this role, he leads commercial operations and execution across the Company, with responsibility for sales execution, pricing optimization, customer development, and operating performance.

Prior to his current role, Argie served as President of AMP Foodservice Solutions, where he provided strategic advisory and operational support to food manufacturers and distributors. From January 2024 to February 2025, he led Food Innovations, Gourmet Foodservice Group, and Artisan Specialty Foods. He previously served as President of Artisan Specialty Foods beginning in September 2013.

Earlier in his career, Argie served as an LCC Business Developer at Sysco Corporation. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Morton College.
