Biography

Loukas D. Kozonis has served as a director of Innovative Food Holdings since May 19, 2026. Loukas is an attorney, CPA and civic leader whose experience spans law, business, accounting, taxation and public service.

Since 2013, Loukas has served as the founding partner of Kozonis Law, Ltd., a boutique law firm focused on real estate, corporate governance and tax matters. He has served as a director of Parkway Bancorp, a community bank with approximately $3.4 billion in assets, since 2015, and as a director of Mega Realty, Inc., a Chicago-based real estate firm that owns and manages retail and mixed-use properties throughout the Midwest, since 2011.

Loukas has served as an elected trustee of the Village of Bannockburn since 2019 and as co-chair of the Athens Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International since 2023. He received his Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois.
