Bill Bennett
Chief Executive Officer and Director

Robert William (Bill) Bennett has been a director and our CEO since February 28, 2023. Bill was most recently Vice President of eCommerce for The Kroger Co. from 2020 until 2023. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s $10 billion eCommerce business, leading cross-functional partners in marketing, merchandising, product management, supply chain, technology, and analytics to develop and lead a robust eCommerce go-to-market and growth strategy across the enterprise. Bill joined Kroger from Walmart where he served for eight years, from 2013 to 2020, in a variety of eCommerce and store leadership roles, including finance, merchandising, strategy, analytics, and product management. Prior to Walmart, from 2011 to 2013, Bill led the pricing strategy team at S.C. Johnson and served in a variety of leadership roles at General Mills from 2006 to 2011. Bill received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Gary Schubert
Chief Financial Officer

Gary Schubert joined IVFH as chief financial officer in January 2024. As CFO, Gary serves as a strategic advisor to the IVFH businesses and is responsible for all aspects of financial operations including accounting, financial planning and analysis, business decision support, tax, audit, treasury, investor relations and compliance.

Gary brings a wealth of public company and food industry experience to IVFH from his 15 years at Walmart and 3 years at Tyson Foods. Formerly as the Senior Director of Finance and Transformation Strategy for Walmart, Inc. In this role, he was responsible for generating long-term sustainable growth by increasing customer share of wallet, driving repeat, and improving end-to-end omni-channel economics for Walmart’s $75 billion ecommerce business.

He earned his degree from the University of Arkansas, majoring in Financial Management, with a minor in Accounting, where he also managed the growth of a multi-million dollar trust fund on behalf of the University.

Brady Smallwood
Chief Operating Officer and Director

Brady Smallwood joined IVFH as COO and Director in May 2023, bringing a wealth of experience to the company from his track record in food retail and eCommerce. Formerly the Senior Director of eCommerce at The Kroger Co., Brady oversaw the strategic direction and operations of their $10+ billion eCommerce division. While at Kroger, Brady was selected as a Progressive Grocer’s GenNext award recipient for innovators under 40.

Brady holds a Master's in Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he was both an honors graduate and a Kilts marketing scholar. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
